We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses (USWE and USEA), and we work with leading courier partners to ensure reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–15 business days
These are estimated timeframes. Most packages arrive sooner, but delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations or customs.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Couriers
Orders are shipped from our USWE and USEA warehouses using trusted courier partners including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other local couriers, depending on your delivery location and service availability.
Changing Your Shipping Address
We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may have already been dispatched. To request an address change, please email info@soleved.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, please contact the courier directly to coordinate any delivery changes.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days and we’re unable to locate it, we will offer a free reshipment or a refund, depending on the situation. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to investigate with the courier.
If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, property managers, or reception areas. If the package is still not located, contact us at info@soleved.com and we will assist you.
