Thank you for choosing Soleved™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy makes it easy to request a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
    • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 90‑day money‑back guarantee on all of our products, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order (e.g., fit, comfort, or simply a change of mind), you have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Items that are damaged through misuse or excessive wear are not eligible for return.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact us at info@soleved.com to initiate your return. Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
    2. Ship the product back within 30 days of receiving the return instructions.
    3. Once received, we will inspect and process your refund or exchange within 1 business day.

Return shipping is **free** — we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

All returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• PayPal: Refunds are processed according to PayPal’s policies.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect your returned item. Exchange shipping follows our standard delivery timeframes.
